Market Entry and Growth
Testing whether a market is reachable before it is entered: buyer definition, channel structure, controlled pilots and the evidence needed to justify the next commitment.
Learn MoreSimplest Entropy Pty Ltd
A management consultancy working between Australia and Asia. We help owners and management teams open new markets, run better operations and supply chains, understand the rules that apply to them, and put cloud and AI tools behind the work.
Who We Are
Most of our work begins with a question that cannot be answered from a catalogue or a web search. Can this business sell in this market. Is this supply chain dependable. What is actually required by law, and what is only someone's opinion. What should be tested before money is committed. We answer those questions in writing, we say where every statement comes from, and we keep a clear line between what the law requires, what a standard specifies, and what we are recommending.
What We Do
Testing whether a market is reachable before it is entered: buyer definition, channel structure, controlled pilots and the evidence needed to justify the next commitment.
Learn MoreTurning informal habits into a structure that survives growth: decision rights, approval gates, process design, reporting lines and the records that make performance visible.
Learn MoreFinding, comparing and qualifying suppliers across Asia, then holding them to a written specification through sampling, inspection, freight and delivery.
Learn MoreEstablishing what is imposed by law, what a published standard specifies, and what is only a commercial control the parties agree between themselves.
Learn MorePutting the working files where the whole team can see them, modelling the numbers properly, and using AI to accelerate research and drafting under human review.
Learn MoreBuilding a landed-cost model that survives contact with reality, then setting quotation discipline so a price can be honoured after freight, duty and service cost.
Learn MoreHow We Work
Name the buyer, the use case and the decision. A general market question becomes a short list of things that can actually be tested.
Gather specifications, origin records, supplier files and the rules that apply. Every statement carries a source, and open items stay on a log until they close.
Run a controlled trial: a small defined scope, real quotations, named counterparties, and a written record of what came back.
Commit stock, staff or capital only against completed cycles. Each gate decision is dated, owned and written down.
Selected Work
An Asian producer holding real sourcing strength could not answer overseas enquiries reliably. We replaced the catalogue launch with a six-item controlled pilot and a gate model.
Read the caseA supplier was quoting requirements it could not source. We compiled a register that states what is statutory, what is a published standard, and what is only a commercial control.
Read the caseRepeat variation between approved samples and delivered goods. We rebuilt the specification format, the sampling plan and the release conditions that sit before payment.

Documents, open items, sources and decisions live in one place that the client, our advisers and the operational owners can all see. Research and drafting are accelerated with AI, and every output is reviewed by a person before it reaches you.
Evidence file for the pilot range is 82% complete.
Two open items are waiting on supplier documents.
The next gate paper is ready for management review.
How We Are Organised

Market assessment, buyer and channel definition, entry options, controlled pilots and management gate papers.
Process and decision structure, supplier qualification, specification control, regulatory position and product evidence.
Cloud workspaces, document and evidence control, cost and scenario modelling, dashboards, and AI-assisted research under review.
Products we own and operate ourselves.
We do not only advise. We also build and run our own products, which is where much of our operating experience comes from. They are described on the products page.
Getting Started
A first conversation costs nothing and is usually enough for us to say whether we can help, what the work would involve, and what it would take to reach a decision you can defend. If the answer is that you do not need a consultant, we will tell you that too.
