Data, Cloud and AI

Technology is how we make advice repeatable instead of memorable.

Consulting has a delivery problem. The thinking is good, the report is read once, and six months later nobody can reconstruct why a decision was made. We use cloud workspaces, structured models and AI-assisted research so the reasoning stays available and the work can be re-run.

Capability

Six things we build into every engagement.

CLD

Cloud Workspace

One place for documents, sources, correspondence and open items, with permissions that let a client, an adviser and an operational owner each see what they need.

DOC

Document and Evidence Control

Versioned files, a document group structure, and an evidence index that makes an incomplete file visible before it becomes an incident at the border or the dock.

MOD

Cost and Scenario Modelling

Landed cost, margin, lead time and stock scenarios built as a model you can change and re-run, not a single number in a slide that ages the day it is delivered.

AI

AI-Assisted Research and Drafting

Large document sets read and reconciled, regulatory and standards material tracked, translation between working languages, and first drafts prepared for human editing.

DASH

Dashboards and Scorecards

Pilot and operational metrics with stable definitions, so a conversion rate or an on-time figure means the same thing in month one and month twelve.

AUT

Workflow Automation

Repetitive checks, reminders, status collection and report assembly moved off people, so attention stays on the judgement calls that need it.

System View

An engagement is a set of connected records, not a folder of attachments.

Each element below is a working record with an owner and a date. A decision can be traced back to the evidence behind it, and an open item cannot quietly disappear because a thread went cold.

Who Uses It

Built for three different readers.

Client

See progress without asking for it: what is complete, what is waiting on you, which documents have landed, and what the next gate decision will require.

Advisory Team

Work against a single source register, keep the open-item log current, and produce reports that assemble from the records rather than from memory.

Operations

Hold a release against a defined condition, reconcile a shipment file, and code an exception to a source so the corrective action follows the real constraint.

Guardrails

How we use AI, and where we do not.

A person is accountable for every output

AI drafts, summarises, translates and cross-checks. It does not sign anything. Every statement that reaches a client has been read and accepted by the person whose name is on the report.

Sources are checked, not assumed

Where a regulatory or standards statement is made, the underlying source is opened and read. A confident summary is not treated as evidence, including a summary produced by our own tools.

Client material is handled deliberately

Confidential documents are handled under the terms agreed with you, including which tools may be used and which categories of material stay out of them entirely.

Judgement stays human

Whether to enter a market, hold a shipment, drop a supplier or commit capital is a management decision informed by evidence. We do not dress a model output up as a recommendation.

Enablement Work

We can also build this inside your business.

Several clients have asked us to set up the same working system for their own team rather than only for our engagement: the shared workspace, the document structure, the cost model, the reporting definitions and the automation around them. That is a defined piece of work with its own scope and handover, and it does not require you to keep us on afterwards.
